Fort Knox Gold?

The last time a full, physical audit was conducted of the gold reserves at Fort Knox was in 1953. This audit involved a physical verification of the gold shortly after President Eisenhower took office.

Since then, there have been limited inspections, but none constituted a comprehensive audit:
