Gold Price at another NEW HIGH

Yes, if you’ve been reading my past post you know that it was just a few days ago, in my prior post I said that gold had said a new record high price, that was at that time $2,349.10.

Well today, gold said another new high price, and is now at $2,367.20 it was up $16.20 on today’s session.

Many people have been wondering why gold is all of a sudden on a major move up. Well, for anybody keeping up with the latest news, the reason should be quite clear. It seems gold always moves up in times of crisis, economic instability and naturally a falling dollar. Today, unfortunately we’re seeing all of these occur, and these are the reasons that gold is gone to new highs.

Think about it, Russia is at war with Ukraine, a couple of weeks ago France said that they would send troops into Ukraine to help fight Russia. The Biden Administration seems to be sending billions (increasing the US debt by trillions) of dollars in relief packages every other week or so. Israel is battling the terrorist group Hamas and that could easily escalate, and draw in many more countries in the Middle East.

Plus, inflation here in the United States is rampant. Sure you could believe the government’s numbers of single digit inflation, but you’d have to be really naïve to believe those numbers are anything less than double digit in reality. Plus, the Biden administration’s effort at bringing millions of illegals into the country and giving them free cell phones, free calling plans for their phones, free housing, free meals, free school and in some places like California, free medical. The truth is, this open border policy is costing the taxpayers billions of dollars and contributing toward information and the devaluing of the US dollar.

Also gasoline prices are again on the rise. With the administration’s drastic reduction in our oil emergency reserves, and their recent announcement that it’s too costly to replenish these oil reserves, all show that inflation at consumer level is still extremely high. And inflation always acts like a hidden tax on the entire population.

A good example of inflation here, is the fact that on April 1st California mandated that fast with food workers be paid a minimum of $20 per hour! Well, that means that soon we’re going to be seeing more and more robots taking your fast food order, and already a number of businesses in California like pizza delivery, have been laying off workers because of this new minimum wage law . Probably the worst though, is that it’s probably inevitable you’re going to go in and get a burger, fries and a small soda, and your bill is going to be $25!

So, you should realize as prospectors, it’s always great to see a higher gold price, but the underlying facts that are causing today’s huge gold price spike, are very worrisome to say the least.
