Arizona Gold Prospecting – Arizona Gold Drywashing
I think this is a good honest gold prospecting video. This goes to show, number one that there’s still gold to be found in the Arizona desert, and number two, it’s a lot of hard work to find that gold.
I’ve said this many times before and some of my videos, and that is if you’re in this for the money, I think you’d be off working at a fast-food place then prospecting for Arizona gold.

I do only recommend gold prospecting for folks who like to get out in the outdoors, like to go camping and can appreciate nature. If you fall into this category then you get the extra bonus I’ve occasionally finding enough gold do perhaps pay for your gas to get out to the prospecting areas.
Not trying to be pessimistic here, just realistic! Gold prospecting is a lot of fun and it’s definitely hard work and not for everyone!
Just like you were going to Vegas, there are those few lucky individuals that will, an occasion, hit a jackpot. In gold prospecting, that would equate to finding a good-sized nugget, or a nice pocket a fine gold when dry washing or dredging.
So, what I’m trying to convey here, is that gold prospecting is a great hobby, suited for those who enjoy getting out of the urban and suburban sprawl into our beautiful Forest and deserts and finding some yellow shiny metal.
Lastly, keep in mind, that today gold is around $1,800 an ounce, if it was easy and plentiful to find, like copper, it would be priced like copper, which today is $0.27 per ounce!
